I've found a club that meets my needs. We have runners, walkers, and others. We're all healthy and (generally) Happy. Half the races in Erie are organized by this bunch. |

And to go with my newfound love of running, there is Runners' World online. Advice on shoes, shirts, shorts, and technique. Enjoy as needed. |

The Runner's High is a timing service based in PA that times many events in the tri-state area. ERC has their own equipment for most of our races. Runners' High has more experience and they do this for a living. Most important (to runners) is a listing of many of the races in the area. Stuff ERC can't really carry. Cool. |

Road Runner Sports is a mail-order catalog that carries shoes, shorts, shirts, and advice for the serious runners. Biggest draw here is that they carry everything that I could need. One stop shopping |

Saucony is my favorite brand. Given your foot conditions, they can recommend the right shoe from their lineup. They'll also tell you what dealers in your area carry Saucony. Go figure. |
